Participatory planning workshops
asde
promotes goal identification workshops
that in a informal, dynamic, and participative way help plan different
complex aspects of the institutional work not only in institutions of
developed countries but also institutions in developing countries.
Participatory project design workshops
As part of our regular
procedures, asde
carries out project identification workshops in situ. These workshops are
participative and occur together will all of the organizations involved in
the project. In this way we guarantee that the project preparation will
incorporate exhaustive information about the local reality.
Technical and financial assistance
asde is an institution that specializes in
development projects and has expertise in budget lines for NGOs which
include B76000 and Bilateral Cooperation B76200 of the European Commission.
asde also offers
technical-financial assistance to international institutions,
especially regarding housing and infrastructure projects.
