Participatory planning workshops
asde
promotes goal identification workshops
that in a informal, dynamic, and participative way help plan different
complex aspects of the institutional work not only in institutions of
developed countries but also institutions in developing countries.
Participatory project design
workshops
These
workshops are carried out in situ and use a participatory methodology.
They are conducted jointly with all the organizations involved in the
project, thus ensuring that the formulation of the project includes
exhaustive information on local reality.
Technical and financial assistance
asde is
an institution specialized in development projects with largely
experienced professionals in the NGO cofinancing budget line of the
European Commission (B76000 and Bilateral Cooperation B76200). asde
also
offers technical and financial assistance to international institutions,
particularly regarding housing and infrastructure projects.
